There’s a real do-or-die spirit in these videos from the August 16-18 United Steel Worker convention which has the theme “Stand Up Fight Back!” It’s that time in history where we will pivot–either falling further under corporate power or pulling together our own power. That has to include labor and that means we’re talking about collective bargaining. “Collective bargaining” is the phrase that was censored in this summer’s Wisconsin recalls. I suggest we remember to say loud and proud every right held dear. Rights you’re not able to name will be taken away from you.
